The Fiji Museum is located in the heart of the historic Thurston gardens, near the Government House and the Old Parliament House. It contains the richest collection of anthropology and history of the archipelago. The building of the University, the frescoes in the church of St. Francis-Xavier High, "The Way of Kings", the Centenary Methodist Church and the Catholic Cathedral are of great interest.
